231 Public Square

Overlooking Main Street and the Square in historic downtown Franklin is Franklin, Tennessee’s first rooftop restaurant/bar, approximately 4,000 square feet of premium restaurant space that will accommodate events for up to 500 patrons.  The building also has retail and Class-A office space.  The exterior and interior renovation of the 1972 building adds 20 additional feet to the west side of the building.  The renovation also adds to the Franklin area an additional 22,000 square feet of office space located on the second and third floors.
