The Hilton and Residence Inn is a mixed planned project consisting of 146,900-square-foot Hilton and 90,110-square-foot Residence Inn, 30,937 square feet of office space, 3,105 square feet of retail space, and a 212,156-square-foot, eight-level parking garage with roughly more than 560 spaces.
