A new hotel tower consisting of 300 new family-style keys connected to an elegant water park, Soundwaves. The water park, 215,000 square feet, consists of two components: an indoor facility within a 60,000- to 70,000-square-foot indoor glass atrium and a four-acre outdoor water park space, which includes: water slides, food and bar service, and a live entertainment area.
