Third and Broadway

Renovation of an existing building into a hotel and restaurant.  The renovation includes the addition of two floors onto the existing four-story concrete structure and designing the new floor additions:  5^th floor (12,288 sf) and 6^th floor (11,337 sf).  The total square footage of the project is approximately 81,000 square feet.
