Traditions of Mill Creek Senior Living

A new, four-story (approximately 170,000 square feet) senior living facility in Brentwood, Tennessee.  The structure is primarily load-bearing CMU block walls and 8” precast floor planks with a 2”-reinforced concrete topping slab.  The two entry canopies are framed with conventional structural steel.
