Hill Center Brentwood2018 ULI Nashville Large Project and People's Choice Award The project consisted of the following: Building A - three-level office, approximately 110,000 square feet. Building B - four-level office, approximately 150,000 square feet. A six-level, 900-car parking garage with exterior precast. This building and garage are constructed with one-way, post-tension concrete slabs with post-tension concrete moment frames.

231 Public SquareOverlooking Main Street and the Square in historic downtown Franklin is Franklin, Tennessee's first rooftop restaurant/bar, approximately 4,000 square feet of premium restaurant space accommodates events for up to 500 patrons. The building also has retail and class-A office space. The exterior and interior renovation of the 1972 building adds 20 additional feet to the west side of the building. The renovation also adds to the Franklin area an additional 22,000 square feet of office space located on the second and third floors.

Mars Petcare / Ovation2020 ENR Southeast Best Project for Office/Retail/Mixed-Use Development The project consists of the design of two office buildings totaling approximately 231,000 square feet. The proposed buildings are steel framed. Building C is five stories and Building D is four stories. A connector is located at each floor of the office building. A 1,320-car, cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking garage or precast garage is part of the project.

Parking is six stories below grade. Project includes an elevated outdoor public plaza/tenant courtyard and drop-off of approximately 90,000 square feet and two elevated, steel-framed connector walkways at the fourth and sixth floors.

The building showcases the client’s concrete material and design possibilities with slender columns, a monumental stair, and curved edges. The structure is framed with exposed concrete and post-tensioned floor slabs.

Educational Media Foundation Headquarters2025 PCI Best Office Building Design Award 2024 Best of Year Honoree by Interior Design Magazine in building facade category A new, class-A, 169,000-square-foot, five-story headquarters. The five-stories are defined by two distinct structures united by a shared entrance and lobby. Clad in precast concrete and glass, the buildings include a state-of-the-art, 1,100-seat performance venue, specialty spaces for eight on-air broadcasting and podcasting studios, content-capture studios, production and editing bays, engineering/technology zones, a company-wide data center, museum and retail shop, offices for donor engagement, audience engagement, pastoral care, multiple gathering area cafes, and a generous employee fitness center.
