This project consists of the renovation of an existing structural pre-engineered metal building into a police station and crime lab. The design includes structural upgrades to meet current seismic and wind loading requirements for an essential facility. A 40,000-square-foot, composite-steel mezzanine is constructed within the existing building. This project also includes a firing range for ballistic testing.
