Alloy is Nashville’s first modular, pre-fabricated multifamily project.  A new, contemporary 82-residence condo community south of downtown Nashville.  There are two, four-story buildings.  Building I – a “saw tooth” layout with exterior walkways, elevator, and stairs.  Building II – is a typical double-loaded hallway with interior elevator and exterior stairs.  The two buildings are connected at all four levels with a common outdoor deck and stair.  The building structures are pre-engineered modular wood structures.
