Recipient of Urban Land Institute Public/Non-Profit Sector Small Project for Excellence in Development Award 2017.

Renovation and preservation of a historic Nashville theater.  The 91-year-old structure now has an entrance that is sleek and modern with floor-to-ceiling windows and a renovated lobby.  A  two-story addition of approximately 4,000 square feet.  The restrooms and theatre are fully accessible and more comfortable theatre seating.  A second floor has been added that includes a third screening room and education space.
