Clive Behavioral Health

A new, 100-bed behavioral health hospital.  The approximate 74,000-square-foot structure is steel framed with masonry shear walls.  There is a three-story tower and a one-story rehabilitation/administration building.  The new facility is a partnership of MercyOne and UHS to address the growing, unmet need for accessible, high-quality and advanced behavioral health services.
