Hotel Genevieve

A new, six-story boutique hotel of approximately 72,000 square feet with 122 guest rooms.  The  structure is framed with precast concrete floor planks supported by CMU walls.  Steel beams and columns at open spaces at the ground floor.  The sixth floor has an indoor/outdoor bar area on pedestal pavers.
