Martin’s BBQ – Downtown Nashville

The project consisted of the renovation and addition to an existing building.  The building was originally built with brick masonry load-bearing walls and wood-roof framing with an addition of a second-floor apartment consisting of a steel joist floor and concrete deck.

Nashville’s downtown Martin’s has three distinct areas:  a full bar downstairs, private dining rooms on the second floor, and a large indoor/outdoor backyard beer garden with two bars.
