Travelers' Choice award 2022.   A ten-story, 152,000-square-foot hotel tower, plus a three-story, 59,000-square-foot parking garage.  The hotel structure is a two-way, post-tension flat plate system.  The garage is a clear span, post-tension girder and one-way slab.  The project also includes an elevated pool and terrace deck overlooking Downtown Nashville....

A four-story hotel of approximately 77,000 square feet.  The hotel was designed to abut the historic Mooreland Mansion and was designed to keep the mansion the center focus of the development.  Special foundations were used to protect the circa 1838 mansion during construction.  The structure is load-bearing CMU supporting conventional reinforced slab.  The roof structure is light-gage steel trusses designed to blend in with the gable roofs of the mansion....
