This project consisted of gutting two existing 1850’s structures and constructing a new structural frame inside the remaining exterior walls.  208 Broadway consists of two stories, a basement, and a partially covered rooftop bar patio.  210 Broadway consists of three stories and a basement.  The renovated combined space created a 6,000-square-foot entertainment complex.
