Two new mixed-use buildings with approximately 272,000 square feet of residential and 16,000 square feet of commercial space. The structures are multi-levels of conventional wood-framed construction with a steel-framed connector bridge between the two buildings. There is also a precast concrete parking garage with approximately 360 additional spaces.
