2022 AIA Middle TN Citation Award.  Received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold from the U.S. Green Building Council.  Winner of 2020 TN Concrete Association (TCA) Best Architect / Engineer – Commercial Buildings Award.

Music Row’s Virgin Hotel is a new, multi-use structure of approximately 170,000 square feet.  The tower is constructed over a 3-1/2 level underground parking structure of approximately 105,000 square feet.  The 14-story, 260-key luxury hotel will have The Commons Club, a rooftop lounge with an infinity pool, a gym, and 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
