Hilton Garden Inn / Brentwood, TN
A four-story hotel of approximately 77,000 square feet. The hotel is designed to abut the historic Mooreland Mansion and is designed to keep the mansion the center focus of the development. Special foundations were used to protect the circa 1838 mansion during construction. The structure is load-bearing CMU supporting conventional reinforced slab. The roof structure is light-gage steel trusses designed to blend in with the gable roofs of the mansion.

A ten-story, 152,000-square-foot hotel tower, plus a three-story, 59,000-square-foot parking garage. The hotel structure is a two-way, post-tension flat plate system. A new hotel tower consisting of 300 new family-style keys will connect to an elegant water park called Soundwaves. The water park will consist of two components, an indoor facility within a 60,000-70,000 square foot indoor glass atrium and a four-acre outdoor water park space, which will include water slides, food and bar service, and a live entertainment area. Late 2018 is the target completion time frame.

The construction of both structures is post-tension concrete framing with shear walls.

Renovation of an existing building into a hotel and restaurant. The renovation includes the addition of two floors onto the existing four-story concrete structure and designing the new floor additions: 5th (12,288 sf) and 6th floor (11,337 sf). The total square footage of the project is approximately 81,000 square feet.

The 14-story, 260-key luxury hotel will have The Commons Club, a rooftop lounge with an infinity pool, a gym, and 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
