The project consisted of the following:
Building A - three-level office, approximately 110,000 square feet.
Building B - four-level office, approximately 150,000 square feet.
A six-level, 900-car parking garage with exterior precast.
This building and garage are constructed with one-way, post-tension concrete slabs with post-tension concrete moment frames.
Fountains at Gateway
A new four-story 100,000-square-foot, Class-A office building with retail and restaurant space on the first floor. The structure consists of one-way post-tension slabs and post-tension concrete moment frame.
A new one-story, conventional steel-framed building of approximately 45,000 square feet. The project includes a new showroom with a service area.
We have designed multiple retail stores for AT&T retail stores. These buildings are typically conventional steel framed.
GM of Murfreesboro
A new, one-story dealership of approximately 52,000 square feet. The structure is conventional steel frame with exterior precast. The building consists of a new showroom and service areas.
Price's Collision Centers
We have designed multiple retail stores for Price's Collision Centers.
Mt. Juliet: A new two-story conventional steel-framed building of approximately 14,000 square feet. The project includes a new repair shop.
One Bellevue Place
One Bellevue Place is a sprawling, multi-use community coming 2017 to southwest Nashville. The project is to feature 400,000 square feet of retail stores, restaurants, entertainment, a hotel, up to 360,000 square feet of office space, and 330 luxury apartment homes.
Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row is a four-story 14,500 square foot building with three stages, bar and restaurant located at lower Broadway at the northwest corner of Fourth and Broadway and just steps from the Ryman Auditorium.
231 Public Square
Overlooking Main Street and the Square in historic downtown Franklin is Franklin, Tennessee's first rooftop restaurant/bar, approximately 4,000 square feet of premium restaurant space that will accommodate events for up to 500 patrons. The building also has retail and Class-A office space. The exterior and interior renovation of the 1972 building adds 20 additional feet to the west side of the building. The renovation also adds to the Franklin area an additional 22,000 square feet of office space located on the second and third floors.
Bob Frensley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
The project consists of a 2,400 square foot addition for a service drive and service writer.
Ole Red - 300 Broadway
The renovated building of approximately 26,500 s.f. is now home to Ryman Hospitality's Blake Shelton-themed lower Broadway venue: restaurant/bar, retail, event space, and rooftop bar/terrace.
Peabody Plaza - Rolling Mill Hill
ABC Greater Tennessee 2020 Excellence in Construction - Peabody Plaza Eagle Award and Rolling Mill Hill Merit Award. Steel-framed, nine-story structure, 280,000-square-foot mixed-use building with 1,000 below-grade parking spaces and a public park.
This project consisted of gutting two existing 1850's structures and constructing a new structural frame inside the remaining exterior walls. 208 Broadway consists of two stories, a basement, and a partially covered rooftop bar patio. 210 Broadway consists of three stories and a basement. The renovated combined space created a 6,000 square-foot entertainment complex.
The restaurant project consisted of an existing one-story building of approximately 2,000 square feet, and a one-story addition to the existing building of approximately 4,500 square feet.
Martin's BBQ / Downtown Nashville
The project consisted of the renovation and addition to an existing building. The building was originally built with brick masonry load-bearing walls and wood-roof framing with an addition of a second-floor apartment consisting of a steel joist floor and concrete deck.
Nashville's downtown Martin's has three distinct areas: a full bar downstairs, private dining rooms on the second floor, and a large indoor/outdoor backyard beer garden with two bars.
Third and Broadway
Renovation of an existing building into a hotel and restaurant. The renovation includes the addition of two floors onto the existing four-story concrete structure and designing the new floor additions: 5th (12,288 sf) and 6th floor (11,337 sf). The total square footage of the project is approximately 81,000 square feet.
First Missouri State Bank
A new, two-story, approximate 16,000-square-foot steel structure with an approximate 2,000-square-foot drive-thru canopy.
Two new Class-A office towers (eight and nine stories) of approximately 1,300,000 total square feet, which includes approximately 500,000 s.f. for retail/office space and approximately 700,000 s.f. for 1,920 parking spaces. Parking is six stories below grade. Project includes an elevated outdoor public plaza/tenant courtyard and drop-off of approximately 90,000 s.f. and two elevated steel-framed connector walkways at the fourth and sixth floors.
308 Chestnut Street
Renovation of a roof for an existing building. The renovation included raising the roof two feet and constructing a new roof with a clear-span bar joist structure. The bar joists bear on new beams supported by new second floor columns around the perimeter of the space, on top of existing steel beams.
ABC Greater Tennessee 2020 Excellence in Construction Merit Award.
Adaptive reuse of an existing, 15,000-square-foot, one-story retail building.
715 Merritt Mixed-Use Development
Two, new mixed-use buildings with approximately 272,000 square feet of residential and 16,000 square feet of commercial space. The structures are multi-levels of conventional wood-framed construction with a steel-framed connector bridge between the two buildings. There is also a precast concrete parking garage with approximately 360 additional spaces.
