A new, 45,000-square-foot, three-story hospital with one level of underground parking and a two-story gymnasium on the third floor.

North Tampa Behavioral Hospital

A new addition was added in 2017 by the same project team that created/built the hospital four years ago. The hospital is a 77,000-square-foot, two-story, steel-framed residential facility.

Mount Regis Center

Completed in February 2017, a new, 27,200-square-foot residential treatment center providing a variety of spaces indoors and out.

San Juan Capestrano Hospital

A two-story, 40-bed addition to an existing hospital located in a high seismic and wind region. The structure consists of intermediate steel-moment frames and composite steel-floor system.

CenterPointe

A new mental health facility with more than 70 beds that provides adolescent in-patient services with both behavioral health and substance abuse treatment, as well as adult services with the same behavioral health and substance abuse. It also provides outpatient services.

Acadia/Belmont Behavioral Health Hospital

1st Project - Acadia: This three-story outpatient service building is approximately 45,000 square feet. 2nd Project - Belmont Behavioral Health: Six-story structure consisting of approximately 191,000 square feet.

Wilmington Treatment Center

The new treatment unit is a two-story building consisting of approximately 31,400 square feet.

Clive Behavioral Health

A new, 100-bed behavioral health hospital. The approximate 74,000-square-foot structure is steel framed with masonry shear walls. There is a three-story tower and a one-story rehabilitation/administration building.

Lee's Summit MOB

Approximately 62,500 square feet, this new, three-story, steel-framed structure connects an existing medical office building (MOB) with a covered walkway.

Abe's Garden

2020 Featured in World Alzheimer Report by Alzheimer's Disease International Original project (Manuel Zeitlin): Addition to an existing retirement home. Construction consists of one level of two-way, flat-plate, and load-bearing metal stud shear walls on a podium slab. 2018 Addition (ESa): New, three-story building addition of approximately 60,000 square feet to the existing Park Manor/Abe's Garden structure. The structure is two-way, post-tensioned slabs with concrete shear walls. The addition is structurally separated from the existing structure by expansion joints.

Wilson Medical Center

A new, steel-framed surgery center/medical office building with approximately 26,348 square feet and renovation to the ICU and imaging area.

DUBE Orthopedics and Physical Therapy

2024 AIA Middle Tennessee Design Honor Award A new, four-story, 30,000-square-foot medical facility. The primary form of the building is set in a cradle of glass suspended on pilotis. The construction is simple steel frame and concrete-filled metal deck with a rear cantilever component suspended from a trussed frame at the upper level. A sculpted exterior form has been designed to create opportunities for outdoor terraces on each level. One of the main features of the building, in addition to a glass elevator, is a large cantilevered porte cochere that works with the cradle structure to support the building’s main body.
