Westin NashvilleA 30-story, 478,000-square-foot hotel tower located adjacent to the Music City Convention Center. The hotel structure is a two-way, post-tension flat plate system. The project includes a rooftop amenity deck with swimming pool overlooking Downtown Nashville. There are two levels of underground parking along with ballrooms and meeting spaces under the tower. Hilton Garden InnA four-story hotel of approximately 77,000 square feet. The hotel was designed to abut the historic Mooreland Mansion and was designed to keep the mansion the center focus of the development. Special foundations were used to protect the circa 1838 mansion during construction. The structure is load-bearing CMU supporting conventional reinforced slab. The roof structure is light-gage steel trusses designed to blend in with the gable roofs of the mansion.

Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown NashvilleTravelers’ Choice award 2022. A ten-story, 152,000-square-foot hotel tower, plus a three-story, 59,000-square-foot parking garage. The hotel structure is a two-way, post-tension flat plate system. The garage is a clear span, post-tension girder and one-way slab. The project also includes an elevated pool and terrace deck overlooking Downtown Nashville.

Hilton and Residence Inn - Green HillsTravelers’ Choice award 2022. 2019 Hilton New Build of the Year for The Americas (US and Canada). The Hilton and Residence Inn is a mixed planned project consisting of 146,900-square-foot Hilton and 90,110-square-foot Residence Inn, 30,937 square feet of office space, 3,105 square feet of retail space, and a 212,156-square-foot, eight-level parking garage with roughly more than 560 spaces.

Time’s World’s Greatest Places 2019: https://time.com/collection/worlds-greatest-places-2019/ A new hotel tower consisting of 300 new family-style keys connected to an elegant water park, Soundwaves. The water park, 215,000 square feet, consists of two components: an indoor facility within a 60,000- to 70,000-square-foot indoor glass atrium and a four-acre outdoor water park space, which includes: water slides, food and bar service, and a live entertainment area.

The Cool Springs Hilton is an eight-story, 244-room hotel with an upscale restaurant and bar, a club lounge with an outside seating area, meeting space, and a second-floor pool. The total floor area is approximately 163,500 square feet, plus a two-story, freestanding parking deck of approximately 70,000 square feet. The construction of both structures is post-tensioned concrete framing with shear walls.

Third and BroadwayRenovation of an existing building into a hotel and restaurant. The renovation includes the addition of two floors onto the existing four-story concrete structure and designing the new floor additions: 5th floor (12,288 sf) and 6th floor (11,337 sf). The total square footage of the project is approximately 81,000 square feet.

BNA Nashville Airport Hilton Hotel and Garages2023 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for Garage B. Garage B: A new, five-story, cast-in-place construction with vehicular access across other garages. Approximately 1,800 parking spaces. The top level serves as an amenity deck for the Hilton Hotel. Hilton Hotel: A 14-story hotel consisting of 292 rooms, including six luxury suites. Meeting and event spaces totaling 16,500 square feet, including an 8,000-square-foot grand ballroom/event space. A large, state-of-the art fitness center on the 12th floor. A prominent glass SkyBar lounge and open-air SkyPool on the 14th floor (rooftop), providing spectacular views over BNA to Nashville’s dynamic skyline. A covered pedestrian bridge connecting the hotel, plaza, and garage to the terminal building. Soho HouseMultibuilding rehab (keeping the vintage brick veneer) and conversion of structures to a 41-key, membership boutique hotel. The approximate 100,000-square-foot project includes a club/spa, restaurant/bar, gym, and work space. The approximate 35,000-square-foot exterior also received improvements and two new, freestanding, one-story structures with rooftop terraces, approximately 7,980 square feet.

Gaylord Rockies Resort Dining TerracesTwo, new dining terraces: Mountain Pass (casual dining/sports bar) and Old Hickory (steakhouse). Mountain Pass consists of approximately 2,800 square feet; Old Hickory consists of approximately 1,800 square feet. The dining terraces are a combination of wood and steel framing. The additions include stone fireplaces, in-ground and above-ground heating, removable glass wind screens, and new exterior stone fireplaces with sitting walls.

Hotel GenevieveA new, six-story boutique hotel of approximately 72,000 square feet with 122 guest rooms. The structure is framed with precast concrete floor planks supported by CMU walls. Steel beams and columns at open spaces at the ground floor. The sixth floor has an indoor/outdoor bar area on pedestal pavers.

Gaylord Rockies Resort Grand PavilionThe project consists of a one-story grand pavilion addition to the existing Gaylord Rockies Resort. The pavilion consists of 11,000-square-feet of flex space with a 4,000-square-foot kitchen, two 4,500-square-foot covered/trellis porches, a 2,500-square-foot conditioned connector, a 2,000-square-foot open-air connector, and 45,000 square feet of terrace/lawn space. The 11,000-square-foot flex space consists of long-span, barrel-vaulted, trusses approximately 80 feet long. The remainder of the structure will be conventionally framed steel, beams, and columns. The total approximate square footage of the structure is 18,000 square feet.
