Hill Center BrentwoodRecipient of 2018 ULI Nashville Large Project and People’s Choice awards. The project consisted of the following: Building A – three-level office, approximately 110,000 square feet. Building B – four-level office, approximately 150,000 square feet. A six-level, 900-car parking garage with exterior precast. This building and garage are constructed with one-way, post-tensioned concrete slabs with post-tensioned concrete moment frames.

Hill Center Acklen FlatsThis project consists of a 116-car, 46,000-square-foot concrete two-way flat plate post-tensioned garage, 42 apartment units totaling 34,000 square feet supported on either wood or post-tensioned concrete, and a structured open-air courtyard that is located between the apartment units. The project is wrapped with 12,400 square feet of retail space on the street level.

Montgomery Bell Academy Campus2021 AIA Tennessee Design Award for MBA H. Frank Burkholder Wellness Center. H. Frank Burkholder Wellness and Event Center A new, 200,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility. Field House (Architect: Hastings Architecture Associates, LLC) A new, three-story, steel-framed athletic field house of approximately 200,000 square feet. The field house includes: an arena, indoor practice field, wrestling rooms, practice gym, fitness, and miscellaneous support space. Lowry Hall (Architect: Hastings Architecture Associates, LLC) A new, 41,000-square-foot classroom building that includes office space, research rooms, 14 classrooms, and a lecture hall. A main-level student center was also constructed, which opens to the new outdoor plaza. Wallace Hall (Architect: Hastings Architecture Associates, LLC) A new, two-story 43,000-square foot dining hall with eight new classrooms. The Great Hall serves as a meeting space and multi-function space for the school. Parking Garage (Architect: Hastings Architecture Associates, LLC) A new, 200,000-square-foot parking garage. The garage includes space for an interior firing range. The top of the garage was used for a soccer field. Science Building (Architect: Tuck-Hinton Architecture & Design) A 30,000-square-foot, three-story, free-standing building on the MBA campus. The building includes 12 state-of-the-art science classrooms and labs as well as a 1,100-seat lecture hall. Massey Addition A 12,000-square-foot addition to the existing Massey Junior High building. The addition is a two-story structure that includes a large multi-purpose meeting room.

Children’s Way Parking Garage at VanderbiltAn 18-story parking structure constructed of eight stories in the ground, four stories above ground, and six future floors. Each floor plate is 45,000 square feet for a total of 810,000 square feet. The structure is post-tensioned concrete with one-way slabs and beams and concrete frame for lateral loads.

Tennessee State Library & Archives2022 AGC Middle TN Build Award of Excellence, 2021 ENR Southeast Merit Award, and 2021 ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Award. A three-story, approximately 165,000-square-foot building with one-level of below-grade parking. The facility includes a climate-controlled chamber for safely storing historic books and manuscripts as well as a state-of-the-art robotic retrieval system. There will be dedicated exhibit spaces for Tennessee’s founding documents and rotating exhibits, as well as a grand reading room with seating for 100 readers and scholars. There will be a vault for storing photographic negatives, an early literacy center designed specifically for children with a visual disability, and a recording lab to produce oral histories and audio books on Tennessee history.

Mars Petcare / OvationENR Southeast 2020 Best Project for Office/Retail/Mixed-Use Development. The project consists of the design of two office buildings totaling approximately 231,000 square feet. The proposed buildings are steel framed. Building C is five stories and Building D is four stories. A connector is located at each floor of the office building. A 1,320-car, cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking garage or precast garage is part of the project.

BNA Nashville Airport Hilton Hotel and Garages2023 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award for Garage B. Garage B: A new, five-story, cast-in-place construction with vehicular access across other garages. Approximately 1,800 parking spaces. The top level serves as an amenity deck for the Hilton Hotel. Hilton Hotel: A 14-story hotel consisting of 292 rooms, including six luxury suites. Meeting and event spaces totaling 16,500 square feet, including an 8,000-square-foot grand ballroom/event space. A large, state-of-the art fitness center on the 12th floor. A prominent glass SkyBar lounge and open-air SkyPool on the 14th floor (rooftop), providing spectacular views over BNA to Nashville’s dynamic skyline. A covered pedestrian bridge connecting the hotel, plaza, and garage to the terminal building. Garage C: A new, six-story, concrete-framed parking garage with approximately 3,000 spaces supporting a steel-framed office building of approximately 64,000 square feet.

The tower is constructed over a 3-1/2 level underground parking structure of approximately 105,000 square feet. The 14-story, 260-key luxury hotel will have The Commons Club, a rooftop lounge with an infinity pool, a gym, and 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

Two new, Class-A office towers (eight and nine stories) of approximately 1,300,000 total square feet, which includes approximately 500,000 square feet for retail/office space and approximately 700,000 square feet for 1,920 parking spaces. Parking is six stories below grade. Project includes an elevated outdoor public plaza/tenant courtyard and drop-off of approximately 90,000 square feet and two elevated, steel-framed connector walkways at the fourth and sixth floors.

Allston Office BuildingTwo new office buildings: The first building is three stories with the first floor of this building being concrete with a structural steel frame above, Class-A, and approximately 74,5000 square feet. There is a partial rooftop area and a two-level garage below the main floor of the building. The second office building is a two-story, steel-framed, Class-A structure of approximately 26,500 square feet. One of the first-of-its-kind offering in the booming greater Nashville office landscape. Allston office condos are fully customizable, and because they are for sale and not for rent, buyers can turn their offices into an asset.

Neuhoff2024 NAIOP Middle Tennessee Mixed-Use Development of the Year. LEED Silver Certification. Neuhoff district is a 14-acre campus along the Cumberland River. The former meat packing plant – an assortment of old pink buildings in the North Nashville neighborhood of East Germantown – was first built in 1906 and continued expanding until 1950. It closed in 1977. In 2021, the adaptive re-use of an existing, six-story building began. The 167,000-square-foot former meat processing plant renovation consists of a mixed-use property, including: offices, an expansive food hall, gym, and retail with an outdoor plaza.
