Terrazzo

This 18-story building is a mixed-use project, which includes grade-level retail, three floors of office space, and 11 floors of high-end condominiums over a three-level, underground parking garage. Also included are two-level penthouse units, a club level, and a swimming pool.

Hill Center Acklen Flats

This project consists of a 116-car, 46,000-square-foot concrete two-way flat plate post-tensioned garage, 42 apartment units totaling 34,000 square feet supported on either wood or post-tensioned concrete, and a structured open-air courtyard that is located between the apartment units. The project is wrapped with 12,400 square feet of retail space on the street level.

Pearl Street Apartments

Two residential buildings including approximately 40,000 square feet of wood-framed residential construction and 6,400 square feet of structured parking.

One Bellevue Place

One Bellevue Place is a sprawling, multi-use community in southwest Nashville. The project features 400,000 square feet of retail stores, restaurants, entertainment, a hotel, up to 360,000 square feet of office space, and 330 luxury apartment homes.

Bento Box

Appeared on 2022 summer cover of Seated Magazine. Mentioned in Urban Land Magazine 2019. A new, five-story, 86,000-square-foot, mixed-use building with a combination of hotel and micro-apartment units. Retail space is located on the first level. The building is structural steel framed with exposed architectural steel elements. Project includes a roof-top terrace and an automated parking structure.

Alloy

ULI Nashville 2020 Excellence in Development Large Private Sector Award winner. AIA Middle TN Merit Award winner and Award of Excellence. Modular Building Institute 2020 Award of Distinction. Alloy is Nashville’s first modular, pre-fabricated multifamily project. A new, contemporary 82-residence condo community south of downtown Nashville. There are two, four-story buildings. Building I – a “saw tooth” layout with exterior walkways, elevator, and stairs. Building II – is a typical double-loaded hallway with interior elevator and exterior stairs. The two buildings are connected at all four levels with a common outdoor deck and stair. The building structures are pre-engineered modular wood structures.

Traditions of Mill Creek Senior Living

A new, four-story (approximately 170,000 square feet) senior living facility in Brentwood, Tennessee. The structure is primarily load-bearing CMU block walls and 8” precast floor planks with a 2”-reinforced concrete topping slab. The two entry canopies are framed with conventional structural steel.

Brookdale Jackson Oaks Senior Living

A new, one-story building of approximately 16,000 square feet. The structure is wood framed with load-bearing 2 x 4 shear walls and pre-engineered wood trusses.

Rockledge Flats

Two new, four-story, multifamily (247 units) buildings of similar layout and geometry. These wood-framed structures total approximately 240,000 square feet on ten acres.

Abe's Garden

2020 World Alzheimer Report by Alzheimer’s Disease International. Original project (Manuel Zeitlin): Addition to an existing retirement home. Construction consists of one level of two-way, flat plate and load-bearing metal stud shear walls on a podium slab. 2018 Addition (ESa): New, three-story building additions of approximately 60,000 square feet to the existing Park Manor/Abe’s Garden structure. The structure is two-way, post-tensioned slabs with concrete shear walls. The addition is structurally separated from the existing structure by expansion joints.

27th and Clifton

The new 27th and Clifton mixed-use development consists of 29 residential flats and 2 townhomes with retail and restaurant space on the ground level. The mixed-use building is divided into two wings aligning with their respective street and connected with an exterior walkway. At the intersection of the two buildings, a breezeway leads to an outdoor room located on each residential floor. The top floor contains the penthouse units with private garden terraces and stunning views of downtown Nashville.

Red Oak Townhomes and Flats

AIA Middle Tennessee 2023 Citation Award. The project consists of conventional wood-framed construction for 40 residential townhouses ranging from three to four stories and 102 residential flats with unit balconies and accessible elevators.

Pie Town Condos

The heart-of-downtown Nashville’s mulitfamily, mixed-use project consists of seven levels: two levels of parking of approximately 47,000 square feet consisting of 86 parking spaces and five, wood-framed stories. There are approximately 78 condos totalling approximately 138,000 square feet and approximately 8,500 square feet of retail/office space. The building offers amenities such as a pool and pool deck, kids’ play area, 360-degree rooftop view of downtown Nashville, owner-storage units, yoga studio, co-working spaces, fitness center, clubhouse, conference room, and pet grooming center. The retail spaces are street facing.

Lake Oconee Gathering House

A new, one-story building of approximately 6,629 square feet in the Lake Oconee community. Glass and strategically placed natural stone walls allow the heavy timber members to serve as both a primary structural element and finish material. The space has a lounge and dining space, game room, bar and liquor lockers, expo kitchen, administrative offices, outdoor kitchen, and covered/uncovered exterior areas.

Standard Assembly

2024 AIA Middle Tennessee Merit Award 2024 Award of Excellence, Build Tennessee Awards through the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America 2024 CoStar Impact Awards, Nashville Multifamily Development of the Year New construction in Nashville’s Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood of 310 apartments with approximately 13,000 square feet of retail and structured parking. The 3.31-acre campus consists of three buildings: two new construction and one adaptive reuse.
